The resort has epoxy floors throughout along with an advanced, air exchange system to eliminate odours and germs

There is a special design layout of private suites and play areas to reduce noise and minimize stress

We guarantee that our facilities and individual suites are cleaned on an on-going basis by our dedicated cleaners whenever necessary. All rooms have unlimited room refresh and undergo a deep cleaning in between stays

We have a staff to pet ratio of 8:1 so that every pet will get individual time and be cared for, loved and cuddled like they are at home.

We have on-call veterinary services for all our guests

Classical music will be played in communal areas during the day to promote calmness

Overweight dogs can come to doggie boot camp to lose weight, tone up or just enjoy exercising and socialising with other like-minded canines

A manager or senior team member will personally call you after your pet's first visit to make sure your pet had a wonderful stay
