From Al Barsha / Mall of the Emirates:

1. Driving from Mall of the Emirates on Sheikh Zayed Road towards JebelAli take exit 36 (the tunnel) for Al Khail Road & Al Barsha South.
2. Continue on this road and follow the signs for Al Khail RoadE44.
3. Once on Al Khail road drive for approx 5 kilometres until you reach the exit for Jebel Ali/ Abu Dhabi (Emirates Road) E311
4. Drive along Emirates Road (E311) until you reach the large roundabout.
5. Take the third exit signposted Green Community/Dubai Investment Park.
6. Drive straight along the road (do not take the first right exit for Green Community) until you reach the roundabout. You can follow the sign for 'Dunes Village Complex'.
7. At the roundabout take the first exit and drive to the traffic lights.
8. At the traffic lights turn left. (You will see a building called B&R on the left corner)
9. Continue driving until you reach the roundabout, take the third exit off the roundabout.
10. Drive to the end of this road and you will reach a T-Junction. We are the first building on the left-hand side.
